1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the purchase of goods through the online shop operated by PT Proton ("PT Proton," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Indonesia under Business Identification Number (NIB) 2507220068055, with its registered address at Jl. Tabea Jou Waihoka – Karang Panjang, Ambon, Maluku. By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

PT Proton operates an online shop offering pharmacy products, over-the-counter medicines, health and wellness items, and related goods ("Products") for sale to consumers in Indonesia. Product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice. Certain Products may require valid identification, a prescription, or other supporting documentation before an order can be fulfilled, in accordance with applicable Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are placed through the website's checkout flow and are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
  • Payments are processed through Xendit, a licensed third-party payment gateway. PT Proton does not store your full payment card or bank account credentials.
  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • PT Proton reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment cannot be verified, where Product availability changes, or where an order appears fraudulent or non-compliant with pharmaceutical regulations.

4. Fulfillment

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched once payment is confirmed and, where required, supporting documentation for restricted Products has been verified.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on the Customer's location within Maluku and Indonesia, courier availability, and Product-specific handling requirements.
  • Risk of loss for physical Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Proton's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. PT Proton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including courier delays, force majeure events, or Customer-provided information errors. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian consumer protection law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from an order placed through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ambon, Maluku, Indonesia.

1. Para Pihak

Ketentuan Layanan ini ("Ketentuan") mengatur penggunaan situs web ini dan pembelian barang melalui toko daring yang dioperasikan oleh PT Proton ("PT Proton," "kami"), sebuah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indonesia dengan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) 2507220068055, beralamat resmi di Jl. 2. Produk

PT Proton mengoperasikan toko daring yang menjual produk farmasi, obat bebas, produk kesehatan dan kebugaran, serta barang terkait lainnya ("Produk") kepada konsumen di Indonesia. Daftar produk, deskripsi, gambar, dan harga disediakan untuk tujuan informasi dan dapat diperbarui tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Beberapa Produk mungkin memerlukan identitas yang sah, resep dokter, atau dokumen pendukung lainnya sebelum pesanan dapat diproses, sesuai dengan regulasi kefarmasian Indonesia yang berlaku.

3. Pemesanan dan Pembayaran

  • Pesanan dilakukan melalui proses checkout di situs web dan dikonfirmasi hanya setelah pembayaran berhasil diproses.
  • Pembayaran diproses melalui Xendit, gateway pembayaran pihak ketiga yang berlisensi. PT Proton tidak menyimpan data kartu pembayaran atau rekening bank Anda secara lengkap.
  • Seluruh harga tercantum dalam Rupiah Indonesia (IDR) dan sudah termasuk pajak yang berlaku, kecuali dinyatakan lain.
  • PT Proton berhak membatalkan atau menolak pesanan apa pun jika pembayaran tidak dapat diverifikasi, ketersediaan Produk berubah, atau pesanan tersebut terindikasi curang atau tidak sesuai dengan regulasi kefarmasian.

4. Pemenuhan Pesanan

  • Pesanan disiapkan dan dikirim setelah pembayaran dikonfirmasi dan, jika diperlukan, dokumen pendukung untuk Produk terbatas telah diverifikasi.
  • Estimasi waktu pengiriman diberikan pada saat checkout dan dapat berbeda tergantung lokasi Pelanggan di wilayah Maluku dan Indonesia, ketersediaan kurir, dan persyaratan penanganan khusus Produk.
  • Risiko kehilangan atas Produk fisik beralih kepada Pelanggan setelah barang dikirim ke alamat yang diberikan pada saat checkout.

5. Tanggung Jawab

Sepanjang diizinkan oleh hukum Indonesia, tanggung jawab PT Proton atas klaim apa pun yang timbul dari suatu pesanan dibatasi sebesar nilai pesanan tersebut. PT Proton tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial, atau atas keterlambatan maupun kegagalan yang disebabkan oleh keadaan di luar kendali wajarnya, termasuk keterlambatan kurir, peristiwa force majeure, atau kesalahan informasi yang diberikan Pelanggan. Tidak ada satu pun dalam Ketentuan ini yang membatasi tanggung jawab yang secara hukum tidak dapat dikecualikan berdasarkan hukum perlindungan konsumen Indonesia.

6. Hukum yang Berlaku

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia. Setiap perselisihan yang timbul dari Ketentuan ini atau dari pesanan yang dilakukan melalui situs web ini menjadi kewenangan eksklusif pengadilan di Ambon, Maluku, Indonesia.
